Fike seniors went out in style on Monday beating Northern Nash 2-1. The second goal came with 41 seconds left in the second half from freshman, Franklin Dominguez. “It was great to get a win for all the Seniors tonight, however it was freshmen Franklin Dominguez that cam through with a goal with less then a minute to play in the game, Fike coach Toni Varacchi said. “We had some good chances to put the ball in the back of the net but couldn’t tuck it away. We need to play more consistently for 80 minutes and try to avoid the mental lapses where we allow other teams to get shots off on goal. Carson Davis recorded the first goal for the Demons 15 minutes into the match and Franklin Dominguez got the assist. Fike will travel to Hunt on Wednesday night.
